Remar and Attila (Clooney and Savant) are surfers who also deal drugs to make a living. In an effort to get out, they attempt to set up one final deal with a local drug lord (Najera). When their friend, True Blue (McKeon) is busted by the cops, he reveals too much. Finally, the drug lord seeks revenge due to the betrayal, and all hell breaks loose.
