Napoleon Dynamite, the epitome of a nerd with his fuzzy red hair and constant uniform of moon boots, takes a break from drawing mythical monsters and inventing out-of-state girlfriends to help new friend Pedro mount a campaign against Summer, a popular cheerleader, for student body president.
