When an event planner working on her friend's wedding in Paris learns that her ex-boyfriend is bringing a date to the wedding, she reaches out to reconnect with a former French pen pal; just before Valentine's Day, a matchmaker attempts to find a match for an entrepreneur who believes his success is due to the fact that he is single; after her boyfriend leaves her, Emma decides to go alone on the romantic vacation to Belgium they had planned where she meets renowned chocolatier, Luc Simon, and helps him in a competition to create the most romantic chocolate in Belgium; two chefs and former classmates cross paths as contestants on a cable channel cooking show; a blogger meets a man and later learns that he is the one who has been leaving rude comments on her articles; two winemakers from feuding families plan in secret their wedding but begin to doubt that they are meant to be together.
