Eleven-year-old twins Jason and Julia, along with their friend Rick, find themselves in ancient Egypt after going through a magical door in their old English mansion, and after Rick and Jason become separated from Julia, they meet up with an Egyptian girl who tries to help them find a secret but important map hidden by a mysterious traveler.
