Jack, a private investigator who is ready to retire, hires unemployed actor Marty and sends him on what should be a simple surveillance case, keeping tabs on a beautiful blonde for a jealous client. When Marty disappears, Jack goes looking for him and finds himself in a creepy town with strange people, where nothing is as it seems and things are more bizarre than anyone could imagine.
